Very good stay for 3 nights. Fairly clean great family run hotel with really helpful staff. Location: perfect, close to centre, and Paignton and Brixham. Also, close to all the tourist spots. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

I truly enjoyed the peaceful and great hotel.
Everything was excellent, no reason to complain, I strongly recommend it. I had neat and well-appointed room complete with a great bed, the tea and coffee. The location was particularly good and amazing, next to bus stops, the railway station and Cockington and easily accessible.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the seafront and easily accessible. The building itself had a nice appearance and had a comfortable vibe. The English breakfast served each morning was delicious and satisfying.
On arrival, we didn't receive a warm welcome or introduction from the staff. The whole place felt outdated, from the furniture to the decor.
